One-Stop Building Permits

 

The One-Stop Building Permit Application is used for common improvements, such as:

  • Electrical Service Changes

  • Exterior Siding

  • Furnace Replacements

  • Replacement Doors/Windows

  • Reroofs

  • Replacement Water Heaters

  • Demolitions

One-Stop permits can often be processed in the same day. The same form can be used for Miscellaneous projects as well, such as:

  • Temporary/Accessory Structures (needs to be accompanies by associated plans to be reviewed via SAFEbuilt Plan Review)

 

Please submit your One-Stop or Miscellaneous applications to Town Hall or by email to the Community Planner.
